Please note that all products sold on Aurevia FX Store are digital software (indicators and expert advisors for MetaTrader 5).

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been purchased and delivered.

The following goods cannot be returned:

- The supply of digital content (software, indicators, expert advisors) which is delivered immediately after purchase.

- Downloaded files, which by their nature cannot be returned.

- Products customized or adapted to your specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse any request for refunds or returns, as all sales of digital software are final.

Technical Support & Updates:

Although refunds are not possible, we are committed to providing:

- Free updates for all our MT5 tools.

- Technical support to help with installation, setup, or usage issues.
